Our 8+ Exam Preparation Workshop offers a focused and engaging day of learning, with 2 hours of English and Verbal Reasoning and 2 hours of Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning each day. The day includes two short breaks and one longer break to ensure children remain energised and focused.
The English Club
Through comprehension, creative writing, verbal reasoning, and dictation activities, pupils will strengthen their reading fluency, sharpen their analytical thinking, and grow in written confidence. Sessions are carefully designed to reflect the most current 7+ exam content, helping children respond with clarity and precision.
The Maths Club
Pupils will build fluency in mental arithmetic, written calculations, and multi-step problem solving. By working through carefully selected past paper questions, they will learn to approach unfamiliar problems methodically and explain their reasoning with confidence—equipping them to meet exam challenges with clarity and control.
