Our cancellation policy.

Less than 14 days before the course start date:

Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or swap in these cases, as your child’s place has already been secured and planned for.

More than 14 days’ notice:

Cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice are not refundable, but the amount may be transferred as credit towards another course within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

Missed days:

Bookings are for the full week only. We do not offer credit, refunds, or partial refunds for missed days, regardless of the reason.
